This Privacy Policy explains how Dwello Group, Inc., doing business through the Rattler Property Intelligence brand (“Rattler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit Rattler.com, join an early-access or waitlist program, contact us, or otherwise interact with the website (collectively, the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy applies to the public Rattler.com website in its current pre-MVP form. When Rattler launches accounts, paid reports, live property searches, subscriptions, payments, or other product functionality, we may update this Privacy Policy to describe additional information practices.

The Site is intended for adults interested in real estate and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.
If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Site, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as required by applicable law.
